Περίληψη:The objective was to evaluate ozone in early weaning in piglets in Cotopaxi province, Latacunga Canton, La Laguna neighborhood. Twelve female piglets of the Creole race were used, housed in pens under a confinement system. A control of the feed supplied weight at weaning was carried out, with the evaluation of productive parameters considering the initial weight of 3.5 ± 5.5 kg, distributed at random. The experiment was developed during 30 days, the variables evaluated were weight gain, feed conversion, consumption and hematological parameters. The data were performed with an analysis of variance under a completely randomized design with the Infostad statistical system. To the T0 group was administered only bi-distilled water (50 ml for each piglet in the different stables), T1 was ozonified 50 ml of bi-distilled water for a time of 5 minutes and was administered orally, T2 was ozonified water for 10 minutes and T3 was ozonified for minutes in the ozonification machine. T2 treatment was the best dose because it has the best parameter of weight gain and feed conversion according to P values of 1.44 ± 0.04 and 1.67 ± 0.04, and T0 treatment was less efficient with values of 1.18 ± 0.04 and 2.03 ± 0.08; as for the hematological values it is ratified that T2 treatment before and after is the most efficient as for the red series, MCV (mean corpuscular volume) and Hemoglobin with values of 0.0714 and 0.7072; In addition, it stabilized all the parameters in the white series confirming the germicidal power of the ozone and as far as the biochemistry is concerned, there is no statistical difference, but there is a numerical difference where productive efficiency, oxidative and germicidal power and improvement of the metabolism as far as the use of the ozone is concerned.
