Streszczenie:In the present research is developing a study of ergonomic risk in the tasks of each of the jobs that have the production process area catering and analysis of possible occupational diseases in the company Mishan SERVICES SA, the same which is dedicated to the provision of supplementary food services and cleaning the oil sector, His offices are located in the parish of Carcelén, Canton Quito, Pichincha Province, and service processes are in the provinces of Orellana and Sucumbíos, its main customers tanker sector companies HERMERICH & PAYNE, NABORS, TUSCANY, SINOPEC, Swanberg, HILONG, and State Operating PETROAMAZONAS EP For this study was performed to 65 people in the area of catering applying sanitary surveys, standardized Nordic questionnaire assessment methods internationally endorsed ergonomic risk and morbidity statistics of the company, which enabled to have a proper assessment of both the type of risk study and health of workers. Known the results of the assessment plan ergonomic intervention of implementing a program of occupational health hazards posed.
