Diagnóstico de residuos sólidos que producen contaminación al ambiente en la Parroquia Panzaleo del Cantón Salcedo.

The present research raises the solid waste diagnosis that cause pollution in Panzaleo Parish, began with an uprising of the information on the issues raised. During this process, it was observed that there is no waste classification. So, it included a characterization of the solid waste generated using Quartering Method. Also, there was the homes categorization according to the number of inhabitants. The results were tabulated and interpreted, so that it was possible to characterize waste getting total values for the parish. It correspond to 305.14 kg produced by a population of 595 people with a per capita production of solid waste of 0.51 kg/person/day, finding non-recyclable material in a percentage of 42.62% recyclable 57.38%: 18.71%, organic material plastic 9.77%, 6.42%, 5.11%, 4.19%, 3.77%, Tetra Pack 1.74%, 5.37% and 2.29% PVC. According the results of the highest percentage on organic materials, plastic and paper arises the need to seek a proposal that approach to treat these materials with the aim in order to reduce pollution. This proposal was called as Management Plan for Solid Waste Management and Final Disposal in Panzaleo Parish, using the microorganism Tenebrio molitor characteristics. To waste can, tetra pack, pvc and pet was used different alternatives among which mentions the recycle into the home, and the creative recycling. For the socialization of the proposal it will be necessary to carry out a training to the inhabitants of Panzaleo Parish, covering mainly the way of classifying the solid waste produced
