| Summary: | The present investigation has as a proposal to implement an internal control system in the sales department that will help the development of an effective way, within the market, the use of an adequate internal control in the sales department. The intentions of the Innova credit warehouse are to implement plans, define strategies and conclude with outlines that help decision-making, stability and profitability. The Innova credit store located in the province of Cotopaxi, La Maná Canton is dedicated to the sale of appliances, white goods and coffee lines, its clients are residents of the canton and businessmen of the Canton present insolvencies regarding internal control in the sales department in where staff is untrained and lack knowledge. The methodology of the research with a qualitative, exploratory, descriptive and bibliographical approach, the questionnaire instrument was applied, which allowed obtaining information through the personnel of the sales area such as the population and shows 16 people who work in the warehouse and a sample of 380 of clients in the canton, resulting in a confidence level of 82% of a "moderate" rating while a level of control risk with 18% as a "low" rating, which could determine that corrections must be made precisely in the findings found, a profitability analysis was carried out to determine profitability indicators were used. A procedures manual organization chart was established in the sales department to organize the activities for the employees. |
