| Shrnutí: | It should be borne in mind that the public lighting system, has a structure very strongly interrelated components. Furthermore, it is not only an electrical installation, but is established as a service to the public. Because it is a service, not only to control the operation but must be carefully planned continuity throughout the life cycle, estimated between 20 and 30 years. Without the basic criteria and policies are not defined in the management of urban lighting, the service will lead to an imbalance in various aspects. A management focus its attention only to the commissioning, forgetting their temporal continuity, will quickly lead to the obsolescence of high-cost facilities. This paper develops basic measures to achieve the target of a management information for evaluating the maintenance of street lighting, on the premise of achieving efficient public lighting service. This is not sufficient technical quality but also should get a quality provision that addresses the requirements of citizenship. To achieve the above, it is necessary to have a structure to monitor the progress of the service and obtaining indices characteristic for achieving efficiency and take corrective action, when necessary, so as to consolidate a system of continuous improvement. It should be understood as such, the set of tools, methods, strategies and policies which, combined in harmony within a philosophy of management, facilitate access, consistently, to new and higher standards in quality, service and satisfaction, allowing management to guide the public enlightenment to those who should be addressed: the citizens. |
