Stablishing an Intelligence Method in a Manager Level of the Institutional Pharmacy in Enrique Garcés Hospital for the management, processing and analysis of its data that allows giving reports of medicines in a truthful and timely way to support decisions making in a Manager Level. For the knowledge production of information of the Pharmacy, it will use as SEMMA data Mining Methodology Process, and for the analysis of the information of medicines, the computer tool MICROSOFT POWER BI which, nowadays, is considered as the most successful one. In this way, it includes a Business Intelligence Methodology that will be adapted for every single likely change that appears in the service of the Pharmacy without any problem because it is very flexible and it could obtain a variety of knowledge. |

En la actualidad la Farmacia del hospital no cuenta con un sistema de información que permita el manejo de su información que permita generar conocimiento para ser un gran aporte en la toma de decisiones a nivel Gerencial. ¿Cómo beneficiar a la Gerencia del Hospital General Enrique Garcés con un Sistema de Información Gerencial de Inteligencia de Negocios que procese y analice los datos que son almacenados de sus departamentos para generar conocimiento que contribuya a la toma de decisiones? Establecer un método de inteligencia a nivel Gerencial del servicio de Farmacia Institucional del Hospital General Enrique Garcés para el manejo, el procesamiento, el análisis de sus datos que permita proporcionar informes de los medicamentos de manera veraz y oportuna para apoyar a la toma de decisiones a nivel gerencial. Para la generación de conocimiento de la información de la farmacia se utilizará como proceso de metodología de minería de datos SEMMA y para el análisis de la información de los medicamentos la herramienta informática Power BI de Microsoft; y que en la actualidad están consideradas dentro de las más exitosas.
