| Shrnutí: | Verton Industries in the manufacture of polyurethane panels achieves material left over from each production, this waste that is generated in each production can not be discarded into common garbage dumps because the material is not friendly to the environment and it can be reused for new processes of injection panels, therefore the reuse of the same is considered. Currently, this process is done manually with several cuts inside the injection of polyurethane panels, but this method does not generate economic benefits to the company, that is why they choose to perform the crushing of the remaining material and storage in jute bags, in a subsequent process to make a homogeneous dosage with the raw material (Isocyanate and Polyol), however when it is used this procedure presents losses. Therefore, this technological tool is considered the use of a pneumatic transport system according to the researching of the physical and aerodynamic properties of the material; therefore, this implies the selection of the system to be used and its elements, achieving a greater efficiency within the production. This system helps to the recycled material can be used from the crushing machine to its storage and then to its respective dosage, thus using 10% of the total weight of the panels with polyurethane powder, generating savings in the use of the material. |
