| Resumo: | Ecuador is a country full of unparalleled cultural and natural wealth, characteristics that have supported it over the years, this being part of a great potential within tourism in each of the country's provinces. For this reason, the research work emphasizes the Pujilí Canton, whose productive engine involves agro-producing, artisanal, cultural, gastronomic, but above all tourist activities, thanks to its natural and cultural heritage. The research work is based on the theoretical research method known as induction - deduction, with a qualitative approach, so that the different case studies allow identifying the deficiency and misuse of positioning resources around a trademark entity, this is how Total ignorance of the tourism brand of the Pujilí Canton was identified, both in the tourism sector and in the active population that allows local development in the Canton. |
