These bakeries were affected by the pandemic and the rise in fuel prices, making it difficult to manage resources, causing them to see a drop in profits. Now focused on the bakery "LOLY'S BAN" requires complete accounting procedures to solve the problems they present; it should also be noted that a survey was conducted to the plant manager and staff to obtain both an internal and external vision allowing to collect information on the current status of the accounting process in the bakery. It must be stated that the results obtained by the aforementioned surveys and interviews provide extended and reliable information to identify the need to propose an accounting process manual in the company, in order to better control daily operations and obtain a reliable record for that are properly applied based on GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles). In addition, it should be noted that through the design of the accounting process, a way is sought to provide the owner with efficient and timely accounting information, which serves to make strategic decisions to improve the control of activities carried out and prevent risks in the economic period of the “LOLY´BAN” bakery. Therefore, by applying the accounting process model established through a practical exercise, it will serve as a tool to facilitate control by recording income and expenses that will help with the tax return since the "LOLY'S BAN" bakery is obliged to keep accounting, therefore, in this way obtain reliable and timely accounting information to determine the utility. |
