Özet:The present research study studies Pre-service training for teaching service in Sigchos Canton. It lets us to know how it affects the training teaching in the professionals? At the same time, it will help the teacher to be prepared and updated before teaching a class. In addition it will be the base to form successful professional that contributes to the society with a new ideology and with different professional traits. The general objective of the research is to investigate the current situation of pre-service training for teaching service in Sigchos Canton through the collection of investigated data. The purpose is to contribute with the relevant data for the development of the Macro Project of Basic Education Career. The next steps to follow are: to collect information, design a methodology and analyze the collected data through the acquired information. The research is formative because is part of the process of professional training within the university. In order to obtain trained professionals capable of resolving any circumstance that occurs within their professional life. The data will be taken in a directly way to discover results that identify failures. In addition to support educational development, the Ministry of Education has implemented tests and follow-up courses both to select its members and also to train them in the teaching areas. But the teacher has failed to meet the requirement that the INEVAL requires. That is the reason why teachers cannot get a job easily. This project will help to take into account the correct model of professional training that is to say in the pedagogical area as well as in the use of the technology by teachers.
