Sumari:Latacunga city has a specialised fiscal institution of education which considers children with disabilities in initial and basic education, so it will be referred to” Unidad Educativa Especializada Cotopaxi”, an organization that has specialized personnel who are responsible to ensure well-being of students, this project is intended to help children ages 4 to 5 with learning disabilities, through activities that contribute to their development and it benefits 50 people including children ages 4 to 5 with physical, sensory and cognitive disabilities, also parents and teachers of the institution. The approach should aim to determine the main problems of learning, using educational activities to improve educational processes and the children´s development of “Unidad Educativa Especializada Cotopaxi”. The methodology applied was mixed because a quantitative and qualitative approach was used and also it was normative and explanatory. The project responded to two facets: 1) bibliographic - documentary because it is based on authors’ criteria of books, magazines, newspapers, among others; and 2) field because the study was conducted at the scene. The results were announced that there are low levels of attention and understanding that affect the children’s academic performance, it was notorious that reinforce knowledge through learning activities will be of vital importance for children with physical, sensory and cognitive disabilities so they can have a better adaptation to their reality and also to recognize the guidance, coordination and body image. Research activities promoted the implementation of appropriate teaching education of disabled children who have learning disabilities; this makes the individual a productive being within the family and a person able to integrate into society.
