Přidat tag | Shrnutí: | This investigative work was carried out with the purpose of analyzing the administrative organization of the Exportadora Agrícola MA&CAO S.A. To do this, different methods, types of research, approach and data collection tools were used, such as quantitative, descriptive, bibliographic, field, analytical-synthetic method, as well as observation and the survey applied to the 22 collaborators. . As a result, through the internal evaluation it was known that it did not have a process manual, representing a MEDIUM risk level. On the other hand, 98% of those surveyed expressed inadequate administration because it does not have enough departments, as well as 98% considered that communication in the administrative area was inefficient, causing low work performance and deficiencies in the productivity of the exporter MA&CAO S.A. when carrying out its activities. Based on these needs, a process manual was created that included the mission, vision, principles, organizational objectives, an organization chart, a SWOT analysis, a process map for the department and thus seek long-term improvement of non-existent procedures. , and the tasks of the area are enhanced in order to contribute to its growth. |
