The quality management system was evaluated, determining the 14 Deming points for continuous improvement and an audit plan was proposed, by gathering information to later propose an improvement proposal. an analytical, descriptive, bibliographic and non experimental research methodology were proposed in this research. The obtained results allowed to identify the adequate characterization of the functions, processes and responsibilities of the organizations as well as the definition, measurement, solutions to the problems that interfere in the performance and the micro enterprises results. It is concluded that the application of the Deming methodology will improve the productivity and performance of micro-enterprises, generating organizational performance and responsibility, satisfying the needs of the interested parties. |
