إضافة وسم | الملخص: | This research was carried out in the laboratories of reproduction biotechnology , career of veterinary medicine at the Technical University of Cotopaxi The main objective of this study was to evaluate the collected sperm cryopreservation in cattle directly from the epididymis by two techniques ( Laundering - epididymis , Slicing - testicles ) which allowed to know which of the two technical higher sperm count and better quality is obtained microscopic evaluation .
