Summary:This research had analyzed gaps that exist in the students of Basic Education in the Administrative Sciences and Humanistic Academic Unit of the Technical University of Cotopaxi, about management of the implementation of the multimedia lecture hall in the social studies area, so the researchers discovered that the students didn’t use information and communication technology in the teaching-learning process, at the moment all students should have the necessary preparation in the subject, so in this way to improve the quality of training to students of this career. The research proposal is based on the implementation of a multimedia hall and its application in the social studies area with all the necessary technology for good academic training of students of the Technical University of Cotopaxi. For that reason this research was based on the scientific conceptions of various national and international authors. In order to improve the teaching-learning process concerning to use of the information and communication technology. For reach that aim, the researchers have used a method suitable for the development of the research which is; inductive and deductive already is the main way to give greater prominence to the culmination of this research.
