Análisis de la calidad de absorción visual de las unidades del paisaje del páramo de Yacubamba Chilcatingo de la parroquia Cusubamba, propuesta de conservación, 2023.

The current research project was developed with the aim at determining the visual absorption quality from Chilcatingo páramo lamdscape units from Yacubamba community, Cotopaxi province. It was used a focused methodology on the landscape units identification basis on the set guidelines by the Land Management Bureau (BLM) method for determining visual quality, visual absorption quiality (CAV), and next, fragility and sensitivity visual. It will establish a qualitative approach, same, which was identified, through photographs, allowing to value each the criteria and concrete comoponents within the landscape visual evaluation, through the registered photographs analysis from area under study. For getting the photographs were made in-situ visits to the field. Within the reached results, they were determined, what the páramo has a class B mean visual quality, where its areas have variety in the shape, color, line and texture, but that they result common in the studied region and not exceptional with an average of 18, the visual absorption capacity belongs to class II, with medium fragility from landscape with a 29.6 average, with visual sensitivity of class 4 with low quality and CAV high medium and visual fragility presents a 21,6 average, therefore, it is concluyed, what is located to the páramo into Class II that is, the landscape has moderate fragility, therefore, it is consluded, what it is necessary to propose a conservation, protection and recovery plan from Yacubamba Community Chilcatingo páramo landscape.
