The study begins with the market research carried out by means of a survey of producers in the same area, where 92% of acceptability was obtained for the creation of the Collection Center and the willingness of the farmers to deliver this product from the center, in the same way the restaurants and supermarkets of Latacunga canton are willing to buy the product. A location analysis was carried out, which will be located in a strategic place close to all the communities in the upper area of the Parish since it has the largest number of farmers who are dedicated to the cultivation of potatoes and also has factors that favor the development of the project. In the organizational study we find the structural organization chart of the microenterprise and the functions that the staff must fulfill. For the creation of the collection center, an investment of $ 66,828.38 is required, the same dollars that Banecuador will finance with 60% of the investment and the partners will contribute 40% of their own capital. The study of the project indicates to be feasible in the technical stage in the financial evaluation, through the indicators VAN $ 4.832,68, internal rate of return 16% and the ratio benefited 1.05. During the operational life of the Collection Center generating more 7 direct jobs and more than 200 families indirectly. Finally, it performed an impact analysis in the economic, business, environmental aspects with their respective indicators, which resulted in a high positive overall impact. |

Finally, it performed an impact analysis in the economic, business, environmental aspects with their respective indicators, which resulted in a high positive overall impact.El presente proyecto pretende conocer la factibilidad, para la creación del Centro de Acopio de papa en la Parroquia de Toacazo con el fin de comercializar el producto a precio justo para los agricultores, se beneficiará a los pequeños agricultores de las comunidades de la zona alta de la parroquia, reduciendo la cadena de intermediarios evitando así el pago a un precio menor que del mercado. El estudio inicia con la investigación de mercado realizado por medio de encuesta realizada a los productores de la misma zona, en donde se obtuvo 92% de aceptabilidad a la creación del Centro de Acopio y la predisposición de los agricultores para entregar este producto del centro, de la misma manera los restaurantes y supermercados del Cantón Latacunga están dispuesto adquirir el producto. Se realizó un análisis de localización, el mismo que estará ubicado en un lugar estratégico cercano a todas las comunidades de la zona alta de la Parroquia ya que cuenta con el mayor número de agricultores que se dedican al cultivo de la papa y además cuenta con factores que favorecen al desarrollo del proyecto. En el estudio organizacional encontramos el organigrama estructural de la microempresa y las funciones que deben cumplir el personal. Para la creación del Centro de Acopio se requiere una inversión de $ 66828,38 dólares los mismos que financiara Banecuador con el 60% de la inversión y los socios aportaran el 40% de capital propio. El estudio del proyecto indica ser factible en la etapa de técnico en la evaluación financiera, mediante los indicadores VAN $ $ 4.832,68, tasa interna de retorno 16% y la relación benefició 1.05. Durante la vida operativa del Centro de Acopio generando más 7 empleos directos y más de 200 familias de forma indirecta.
