Modelo de gestión para la producción en microempresas dedicadas a la fabricación de muebles de madera.

For a better understanding about the subject is necessary to know the current situation of the wood in the Ecuador, especially with the availability. To use the resource correctly it should be known the physical properties and mechanics of the solid wood and the boards. General ideas are presented on the handling of a product that will be produced and distributed. For the market study it is identified to the blocks of which this constituted, which are investigated one by one, the obtained information is ordered and projected by means of statistical tools. A model of the physical part of the company is designed for to obtain the minimum size including future expansions; to visualize the project better architectural maps are elaborated for to obtain the municipal permits and to elaborate budgets; for the control of the solid remainders a system of aspiration of dust is designed. An economic analysis is made for to know which the initial investment is and the project is evaluated based on four economic indicators. As on works with machines-tools of high-speed and chemical products it is necessary to include a chapter related with the industrial security studying the professional diseases and the labor risks. Finally an administration model is elaborated where firstly are designed the general maps of the standard furniture to obtain the leaves of materials and the leaves of costs; while for the case of the personalized furniture, a budget leaf is elaborated in function of the parameters provided by the client. The costs of all the furniture are presented in a file it bases and they are used to project the monthly programs of production.
