Voeg label toe | Samenvatting: | The present research aims to analyze social capital as a success factor in the associations of the agricultural sector in the city of Latacunga, for which two instruments were applied. Sociodemographic variables and the elements that affect social capital were incorporated to get to the analysis. This research is based on a quantitative approach methodology, that is, a correlational field modality used for data collection. Also, the survey was used as an instrument by applying two questionnaires that were validated and applied to the members of the associations. In addition, with the research database, an improvement plan was proposed with the aim of strengthening social capital. It is important to emphasize that the results were favorable, since the most outstanding issues were determined, especially in the level of participation and this helped to be taken into account for the training program. Therefore, it is possible to obtain a good associative performance and meet the objectives of the associations. Likewise, it allows the feedback of knowledge through a specialized talk, which is characterized by solving questions and concerns. This contributes to an improvement in understanding and a positive enrichment for the construction of social capital. |
