The Quality Audit plays an important role within an institution, is based on the verification of aspects relating to quality as these tend to change with the passing of time, why verification of implementation and operation is necessary in any area, function or process within an organization, by analyzing real and proper information for decision-making that will fly the company toward excellence is obtained. Thus, to obtain relevant information to assist the development of work tools, methods and techniques such as interview the manager, head of human talent, direct survey staff and partners in it and observation were applied. Once the audit may issue a report which provides conclusions and recommendations of the shortcomings found, allowing you to better develop their work as leaders of the Cooperative; in order to comply with and enforce with efficiency and effectiveness the objectives and strategies established. |
