| Summary: | It is estimated that in most cases people who meet their daily working hours are at risk in their own job being one of the main causes of accidents or occupational incidents generating absenteeism, reduction in the productivity, medical expenses, and even payments of fines for compensation, etc., therefore in this research project was carried out a survey of information in order to develop a matrix IPER in groceries and production areas are the areas where there is a higher concentration of staff. The issue was raised with personal and descriptive listing of jobs by organizational development, by means of the method of Willian Fine proceeded to determine the result, probability, and exposure to the risk to which each employee was exposed within their workplace. We determine the level of risk with four dimensions; low, medium, high or critical: where we got that 43% 100% risk is concentrated in groceries and the remaining in production, was also defined that there are 161 risks that are distributed in the following way: 16 biological risks, 24 ergonomic hazards, 9 Physical risk, 48 mechanical risks, 41 hazards psychosocial and 23 chemical risks. Finally it was determined that existing 9 of 161 risks are critical, 43 are high, 26 medium and 83 are low, this study will provide the basis to develop a plan of control in critical and high risk. |
