Riassunto:The present research had the intention to investigate the incidence of children's stories in the dramatization performance of first-year children. The starting point was the alleged antagonistic thinking between parents and teachers. The methods that facilitated the research were the deductive - inductive and analytical - synthetic. The first one, by starting conceptualizing the categories of research findings on a specific group of students and the development of alternative solutions; and the second one because each research question was analyzed to determine the conclusions and recommendations. The results showed that the stories and drama according to parents have no impact on the development of oral language, body language, or the children's art; while teachers recognize the leading role in the holistic development of areas: cognitive, psychomotor, affective and expressive. This divorce between school and family criteria are hampering the children’s real development. For this reason, the proposal constitutes a significant contribution by developing workshops to rescue the psycho value of storytelling and staging as tools that facilitate learning and holistic development of children.
