Résumé:The following researching was based on the study of the lack of knowledge that teachers have in the work of planning and elaboration of methodological strategies for students with special educational needs and from this problem has been planned the proposal to prepare a document that facilitates the work of the teacher in the teaching process to students with seen and the application of methodological strategies for the teaching process, the researching approach was quantitative because it had cause and effect showing the relationship between reliable and true variables, in them were used some methods that allowed to known the special information and obtaining the expected results to determine these variables, also was used a survey with important questions related to the use of planning and methods for getting the knowledge and these surveys were socialized with the teachers and administrative staff of the "Vicente León" Educational Unit in Latacunga city, the theoretical foundations of the teaching process were determined for students with special educational needs which served as a guide to the research process carried out and thanks to identify the absence of methods, planning and organization by the teachers and administrative staff of the educational unit, with these results obtained and by means of the exhaustive study of this paper, a manual was elaborated with the necessary methodology and presented for its use between teachers and administrative workgroup, resulting in a better reception of the subject by students with special educational needs.
