סיכום:The present investigative work was carried out at the Technical University of Cotopaxi, with the porpuse of restoring strategies that mitigate the psychosocial risk factors that affect the teachers of that place. A quantitative approach was developed due to the need to assess statistical data and a qualitative approach due to the understanding of the meanings and experiences of university teachers, consequently, the research methods applied in this project are: The descriptive method that collected information in a systematic, correlational way, examining the relationship between two or more dimensions and a bibliographic method when collecting existing information in bibliographic sources, the established instrument was a questionnaire validated by the Ministerio del Trabajo which allows the evaluation of psychosocial risk factors, this instrument was applied to teachers in January 2022, allowing the efficient collection and analysis of an extensive variable of data from 244 teachers. The findings revealed that several dimensions such as: The load and pace of work, recovery, workplace bullying, addiction to work, working conditions, present a percentage greater than 15% in the level of risk between medium and high of the teachers of the different schools. "La Matriz", "Salache", "La Maná" and "Pujili" campuses. Finally, these findings underline the importance of implementing strategies such as the FP5 model, "LIDER", "ODA", control over work that will allow mitigating psychosocial risk factors in order to improve psychosocial wellbeing.
