Clima organizacional y su incidencia en el desempeño laboral de los colaboradores de la empresa de consumo masivo “DILEX”.

The current research project will be analyzed the organizational climate, due to this influences the workers work performance, whose aim is to identify the organizational climate current situation, the beneficiaries will be all employees from mass consumption DILEX enterprise, for this effect, it was applied a quantitative methodology, the technique, what was applied for the study is a survey, and the was used questionnaire as an instrument, previously validated, consisting of 2 variables, 8 indicators and 30 items with a non-experimental design, since it was manipulated neither variable, once, it applied the survey to the enterprise's collaborators, it can eviced the organizational climate incidence in work performance, getting negative results, since the collaborators majority indicated, what there is not a good organizational climate, therefore, their work performance is low, based on the research, they proceed to make the proposal for improving the organizational climate and work performance, which consists three technological tools; such as it is the Sesame HR, Bitrix 24 and Starmeup, which will help to have a good organizational climate, increasing their work performance, such a way that the collaborators are felt motivated, part from enterprise, and will been provided a quality service to their clients and the enterprise will get better results, which is why it is considered, what the tools implementation will be very useful for the personal and professional growth from mass consumption DILEX enterprise.
