Resumo:The purpose of this project is to determine feasibility of creating a Chanchi Papas branch in Latacunga city Eloy Alfaro Parish, El Ejido neighborhood, which constitutes an important tool that allows to know if the new business will be accepted by the directed market. In this way, this location will offer a variety of fast food dishes such as French fries accompanied by chicken, sausage, Nuggets or mixed dishes, in addition to Hot dogs and Dorilocos, in order to satisfy customers tastes. Thus, for the execution of the project, the descriptive and analytical methodology were used through data collection techniques such as observation and survey, which allowed to know the population of 30,661 inhabitants at the investigated sector, for which A probabilistic sampling was carried out, from in a total of 379 surveys, a 97% of people in the area consume fast food, so the initial investment will be $24,349 and the profit will be $9.224,72 in the first year and after five years it will be $10.441,67 with a Net Present Value (NPV) of 8.315,73, with an internal return rate (IRR) of 28%, which indicates business feability and it will have great acceptance by customers.
