Шошго нэмэх | Тойм: | This technological proposal was carried out at the Faculty of Administrative and Economic Sciences of the Technical University of Cotopaxi where problems were found in the administration of received and issued documentation, therefore its objective was the development of a web application for the content management of information, for which the application of methods was carried out such as: qualitative, quantitative, bibliographic and complemented with aspects of field research, which allowed to better specify the foundation of the state of the art and on the other hand, different tools were used for the analysis. development of the web application among them: lucidchart, Bootstrap, PHP, HTML, for a better understanding of the processes the survey and interview were used whose aspects supported to define the user stories main element and as management for the project SCRUM was used within the which generated artifacts such as: use cases, class diagram and others within each sprint supported with software tests to verify the functionalities, with all these aspects it was possible to obtain an efficient and quality application, in which it will be possible to know in real time the status of the documents received and issued from the faculty and on the other hand have an order of the office processes ensuring the conservation and reliability of the information that is generated continuously, therefore it is It can be concluded that the application will carry a correct order of the documentation processes contributing to the improvements of the University, and whose beneficiaries will be the administrative and academic staff, teachers and students of the faculty. |
