Tilføj Tag | Summary: | The present research project has as its purpose the design and implementation of a web-oriented information system, capable of managing information, optimizing storage and controlling scientific production, as well as improving efficiency in the management of the activities developed in the Research Unit, to organize the activities, processes and results obtained with the execution of institutional programs and projects, as well as facilitating scientific production to the university community as a learning tool. For the execution of the project some fundamental aspects must be fulfilled which consist of analyzing the functional requirements, which were obtained through the technique of investigation interview made to the coordinator of the Unit of Investigation, to determine the services and functionalities that the system must have and that allows the monitoring, control and pursuit of the activities that the unit develops, once obtained the functional requirements the suitable technological tools must be determined, accessible and compatible with the department's infrastructure and the proposed information system, the system was designed using the Scrum methodology, which allowed the developers to generate a framework with different activities that were carried out in the determined time for the execution of each task, which resulted in the publication of the information system for the Research Unit of the Technical University of Cotopaxi - La Maná Extension. |
