Přidat tag | Shrnutí: | The objective of this thesis is to develop a draft law amending the Penal Code to harmonize in this body of law, the material fact of sexual exploitation with the penalty according to the circumstances are presented. This research applied by the author is descriptive and the methodology used is non-experimental because it didn´t work with hypothesis, but with scientific questions or guidelines, applying the following methods: deductive, inductive, analytical, synthetic and statistical. It concludes that sexual exploitation is a latent and silent clash that is affecting to the society and it can occur in all social backgrounds, with people mainly affected women. |
