It was planned a Completely Randomized Block Design (DBCA) AxBxC, into factorial arrangement (2x2x2), with 8 treatments and two repetitions, by giving a 16 experimental units total. By counting with three factors and with two levels, each one, Factor A (Solvents types), Factor B (Maceration time), Factor C (Plant state), once, it was performed the treatments with their respective repetitions, were measured the parameters. Physicochemical, such as pH and °Brix in a 17 days’ time, once, it was got the measurements, it was proceeded to analyze each day, by entering the data to the InfoStat statistical tool, this allowed to appreciate how interacted the treatments and helped to determine the best treatment, what was t7 (a2b2c1), corresponding to ethanol + 48 hours + fresh leaves. Subsequently, it was carried out a best treatment sensory analysis, which it was assessed the odor, giving an intense odor result, a dark green color and an extract liquid appearance characteristic from a plant source. At the best treatment, it was made a physicochemical analysis, where it was got the following parameters: Total solids 0.92%, ashes 0.01%, pH 5.92, acidity 0.05%, soluble solids 20.25% and density 0, 8467g/ml. Next, it was performed a microbiological analysis, on this treatment, where it was got the following parameters: Total Mesophilic Aerobic Count, Total Coliforms, Molds and Yeasts < 10 CFU/ml. It was also carried out the phytochemical profile determination, at this treatment relapsed into the t7 (a2b2c1), what corresponds to ethanol + 48 hours + fresh leaves, where it was identified secondary metabolites, such as alkaloids, flavonoids and, to a lesser extent, saponins, since a large extent, alkaloids have fungal, antiseptic and antibacterial properties, so nicotine tends to be a toxic alkaloid, what acts on the insect’s mortality. Therefore, it was caried out a false tobacco ethanolic extract bioassay, whose controlled the genus Immigrant fruit fly fruit fly pest, considering an environmentally biodegradable product, and at the same time, being a promising natural source extract into the fruit products application. At the end, it was determined a $3.23 cents cost for the fake tobacco extract into a 450 ml presentation available in the natural products market for organic agriculture.

Determinada la metodología se llevó a cabo la realización del extracto de la planta en estudio en el Laboratorio de Bromatología de la Carrera de Ingeniería Agroindustrial. Se planeó un Diseño de Bloques Completamente al Azar (DBCA) AxBxC, en arreglo factorial (2x2x2), con 8 tratamientos y dos repeticiones dando un total de 16 unidades experimentales. Contando con tres factores y con dos niveles cada uno, el Factor A (Tipos de solventes), Factor B ( Tiempo de maceración), Factor C ( Estado de la planta), una vez realizado los tratamientos con sus respectivas repeticiones se midieron los parámetros fisicoquímicos como el pH y °Brix en un tiempo de 17 días, una vez obtenidas las mediciones se procedió a analizar cada día ingresando los datos a la herramienta estadística InfoStat, esto permitió apreciar como interactuaron los tratamientos y ayudó a determinar el mejor tratamiento el cual fue el t7 (a2b2c1) que corresponde a etanol + 48 horas + hojas frescas. Posteriormente se llevó a cabo un análisis sensorial del mejor tratamiento en el cual se evaluó el olor dando un resultado de olor intenso, un color verde oscuro y una apariencia liquida característico a un extracto de fuente vegetal. Al mejor tratamiento se realizó un análisis fisicoquímico en donde se obtuvo los siguientes parámetros: Solidos totales 0,92%, cenizas 0,01%, pH 5,92, acidez 0,05%, solidos solubles 20,25% y densidad 0,8467 g/ml. Seguidamente se realizó un análisis microbiológico a este tratamiento en donde se obtuvo los siguientes parámetros: Recuento de Aerobios Mesófilos Totales, Coliformes Totales, Mohos y Levaduras < 10 UFC/ml. También se llevó a cabo la determinación del perfil fitoquímico, a este tratamiento recaído en el t7 (a2b2c1) que corresponde a etanol + 48 horas + hojas frescas en donde se identificó metabolitos secundarios como alcaloides, flavonoides y en menor cantidad las saponinas, ya que en gran medida los alcaloides poseen propiedades fúngicas, antisépticas y antibacterianas, es por ello que la nicotina tiende a ser un alcaloide tóxico que actúa en la mortalidad de los insectos. Además, se llevó a cabo un bioensayo del extracto etanólico del falso tabaco que controló la plaga de la mosca de la fruta del género Immigrant fruit fly, considerando un producto biodegradable con el medio ambiente, y a la vez siendo un extracto de fuente natural prometedor en la aplicación para productos frutícolas.
