Diseño de un proceso contable para la Asociación de Campesinos Lamanenses “Ascala” dedicada a la venta de chocolates, cantón La Maná, período 2021.

The objective of the current investigation is to design the accounting process for the ASOCIACIÓN DE CAMPESINOS LAMANENSES “ASCALA” which allows to generate reliable and opportune information for adequate decision making. The research problem was elaborated focused on the macro, meso, and micro aspects of the extended problem. The elaboration of the theoretical framework of the research project was carried out taking into account the segmentation of the variables of the studied subject in the fundamental categories previously established. As part of the applied methodology, the analytical and inductive methods were used, the types of research used were bibliographic, field, historical, and descriptive research. For the elaboration of the specific objective 1, the interview technique was used, which was applied to the manager of the ASOCIACIÓN DE CAMPESINOS LAMANENSES “ASCALA” in order to offer opinions on the feasibility of implementing an accounting system through the operational program Excel. To stablish the specific objective 2, the survey technique was applied to all the members that are part of the association. Finally, it was proceeded to design the accounting process for the ASOCIACIÓN DE CAMPESINOS LAMANENSES “ASCALA through the development of an accounting system by using the operating program Excel. It is concluded that the implementation of the aforementioned proposal will benefit the activities of the company, therefore it is recommended that the members of the association accept its implementation.
