Afegir etiqueta | Sumari: | The objective of this titling work is to design a management system by processes for the elaboration of metal gonces in the company METALMEC, for which the gathering of information was carried out on the work method that the company had been developing in the process of production of gonces, through the application of the SWOT analysis, the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the organization were identified, an Ishikawa diagram was also elaborated whose purpose was to determine the causes that generate delays in production. The proposal of the process management system proposes improvements to the process with which the company is currently working, in order to provide defined activities in the process, identification of the people responsible for complying with said activities, increased productivity and improvement in production times. One of the most relevant causes and in which it was possible to act immediately since the company had the resources, was the change of power to the lathe from manual to pneumatic, the effect of which was the reduction in the times used to produce and this in turn caused an increase in production. |
