The problem arose because there is a low academic level of the owners on certain aspects that allow them to generate greater competitiveness within their business. The objective of the research was: to analyze the competitiveness and training of the commercial microenterprises of Canton La Maná. To achieve our project, we used bibliographic and field research, among the methods used were the theoretical method: historical-logical, deductive and synthetic analytical, also the empirical: quantitative, expert assessment, the technique for collecting information was the survey through an instrument that was directed to both owners and workers. A population of 2,706 commercial microenterprises and 1,688 collaborators in the urban sector was taken as a base, applying stratified sampling was obtained as a result a sample of 148 owners and 143 collaborators, where they were polled utilizing a questionnaire that was duly validated by experts and its reliability was checked. The most relevant findings indicated that there is a greater relationship in the factors of Strategies-Skills with 0.895 which is considered a very high relationship. In conclusion, the use of new materials that improve the development of microenterprises is of vital importance. |
