Gaia:The cultural tourism innovative products lack in the historic center from Quito Metropolitan District causes the seasonality of tourist destination, what it has been developed a research project, in order to create new products in the tourism sector, in order to generate tourists ingress. The research was made with an analytical, deductive and qualitative approach, since they allow the identification, interpreta and data collection required, though the research process. In the first aim, it was used the analytical and synthetic methodology for collecting information about the elements, what exist in the tourist system within the historic center, through primary and secondary sources, such as books, scientific articles, oficial tourism pages from Ecuador, taking into account, what the Quito historic center in the first World Heritage Site declared by UNESCO on September 8, 1978, for being considered the LatinAmerica best care. It was analyzed the cultural tourism supply and demand approach, by identifying the tourists different types motivations, taste, preferences and characteristics, who are attracted to culture and enjoy visiting historical monuments, historical squares, museums, religious architecture, civil architecture or simply the experience of life into a different society. In the second aim, it was applied the deductive method with the survey techniques, the files of Manual from Peru (Promperu 2014) Tourist Products, to make tourist products based on cultural attractions, what are made in the historic center, for this, it made the tourist profile base on the visits in the area, studying the motivations, which influence the individual travel habits helping to create the cultural tourism innovative producto “A Blind the Churches are Legend”, which it is intended to achieve the increase into tourist demand during the seasonally adjusted months and the economy, which generates the tourist destination during the year. Finally, with all the collected information in the research, it was synthesized into an academic article for disseminating to society the innovation, which can exist into Ecuador and avoid the loss and permanent damage from colonial infrastructure.
