| Ամփոփում: | The current research has as main objective to design a business plan for the creation of an association of producers dedicated to the production of artisanal chocolate in La Cadena located in Valencia canton, to promote its agrotourism development. For the development of this research, a mixed approach was used, descriptive, field, documentary research and also inductive, deductive, analytical and synthetic methods too. Consequently, the data collection was carried out through structured surveys. The study population was made up of 20 cocoa producers who will be partners and potential consumers of the product. The sample was estimated for the collection of demand information, obtaining a number of 381 families from the Quevedo canton. As a result of the market study application, a demand of 1,469,868 kg and a supply of 198,600 kg was determined for the year 2024, leaving an unsatisfied demand of 1291.10 kg of artisanal chocolate. In this way the product will be offered in 200 gram bars and as packing container a cocoa shell in a box with a viewfinder. In the technical study it was described that the location of the processing plant will be in La Cadena facility, given that it favors the access to raw materials, labor, and has access roads in good condition; As a result, a project size of 1.6% was established for the current year and 1% for subsequent years. The economic study made it possible to determine the investment need of $21,841.42. In addition, the financial study through the indicators reflected that the monetary equilibrium point is located at 61,346.03, the NPV of $314,583.32 and an IRR of 54%. Finally, the tourist route seeks to take advantage of the natural resources and landscape of La Cadena by highlighting the productive process of making artisanal chocolate. It consists of a guided tour of 5 national and ramilla cocoa farms, a visit to an estuary and the observation of each one of the activities involved in the production of artisanal chocolate: from cultivation until the packaging of the delicious product in natural cocoa shells. |
