| Resumo: | Classroom administration focuses on leadership carried out by the teacher in the classroom, the use of methods, techniques and strategies to improve the teaching-learning process day by day. This development is a consequence of the will of the people. For understanding reality and functioning in society, which is why it is linked to the natural ability of human beings to adapt and integrate new ways of conducting a process. That is why a good classroom administration is the technique in charge of the design, planning, organization, direction, control, evaluation of the people involved in teacher and student education; as well as materials, technology, knowledge, in order to obtain the maximum possible benefit regarding the improvement of education, since it must comply with certain phases such as: observation, analysis, evaluation, plan, project, build and execute, so that these strategies improve teaching practice, with the direct beneficiaries being the "Tomas Sevilla" educational community. |
