Sumario:The objective of this research was to determine the influence of music in the teaching-learning process of mathematics. We worked under a constructivist paradigm of a qualitative approach, bibliographic research, descriptive and cross-sectional method. The study sample consisted of 15 second-year EGB students (6-8 years). In the same way, 3 parents and 3 teachers from the same educational unit were chosen. The data collection instruments were validated by expert judgment with their CVR indicator (Content Validity Ratio). Two interviews were used with questions according to the theme, the first was applied to the teachers of the institution and the second to the parents in order to know their criteria about music in the teaching-learning process and in the subject. of mathematics.
