| סיכום: | The purpose of this project is to implement a didactic module for the generation, transmission and distribution of electrical energy, for the Electromechanical Engineering Laboratory of the Technical University of Cotopaxi in “La Maná”. The didactic module allows students to identify how it is the operation of a power system, from the process of generating energy through a synchronous alternator, passing through a transmission system that raises the voltage in order to reduce the current in the transmission lines and finally establish the way like the electrical power is transported in a distribution station that delivers energy to certain loads. The problem detected was that the Electromechanical Laboratory does not have practical learning elements where students can identify certain electrical machines that belongs in the process of transformation and transport of energy such as generators, alternators, transformers, electric engines. With the proposed implementation it is possible to solve the problem of learning electrical machines, electrical installations and electrical power systems. The module is designed in an understandable way and its network topology is similar to a power grid. The scope of the project is limited to the study of the main equipment that makes up the generation, transformer of step-up and reduction transmission substations, the power flow and the visualization of the main electrical parameters such as voltage, current, power, power factor at each stage of the module. |
