Where were used 30 animals with similar characteristics selected and the trout with an average of 20 to 25 cm, in the wild, to proceed with the collection of the sample by puncture by the caudal vein, took a ml of blood in vacutainer tubes cover lilac and 1 ml of blood red cover. For the blood sampling the method of counting in Neubauer chamber was used and for the biochemical analysis the enzymatic colorimetric method was used, for the hematological profile it was revealed 7 variables: hematocrit, hemoglobin, erythrocytes, glomerular volume Medium, hemoglobin corpuscular mean, concentration of hemoglobin corpuscular mean, platelets, 7 variables of leucograma: leucócitos, neutrophils, linfócitos, monócitos, eosinophils and basophils, the biochemical profile is revealed 10 variables: glucose, urea, creatinine, total proteins, aspartato aminotrnasferasa, alaninotransferasa, calcium, phosphorus and potassium, for data tabulation was used descriptive analysis to evaluate the averages for all the parameters obtained with the investigation concluded that the values of study are different to those consulted and that the trout silvestre lacks of eosinophils and basophils. |

Fueron utilizados 30 animales con similares características, se seleccionaron las truchas con un promedio de 20 a 25 cm, en estado silvestre, para proceder a la recolección de la muestra mediante punción por la vena caudal, se tomó un ml de sangre en tubos vacutainer tapa lila y un ml de sangre tapa roja.
