Summary:The present research aims to elaborate a training manual with constructivist methods which helps to develop the skills and intellectual abilities to encourage children to be critical and reflective, so that, the result contribute to improve the certification of quality in teaching - learning and lack of skills and intellectual abilities in academic development. The research is descriptive; we performed field work, using methods: scientist, analiatic-sintetic. The technique applied was the survey and the interview. This helped to identify and to check the incidence of lack of development of skills and intellectual abilities of children, low academic performance, and the lack of motivation within the inter-learning process. This leads to propose solutions to the problem identified. To improve academic performance, quality and educational warmth has been proposed methods and strategies, techniques and activities to develop skills and intellectual abilities, which facilitate the creation of knowledge in full form and respond to the needs and requirements of the trainees so that a Training Manual with constructivist methodological processes applied correctly will provide guidance in the inter-learning process.
