Es por ello que surge las motivaciones para profundizar en los derroteros de la delincuencia juvenil y su tratamiento desde la óptica del Derecho Penal, teniendo en cuenta que los antecedentes investigativos del tema en la provincia, está el Trabajo de Diploma: “Minoridad de edad y Derecho.
