Description
Summary:This research was conducted at the Laboratory of Reproductive Biotechnology Career in Veterinary Medicine, Cotopaxi Technical University, with the main objective of the present study; evaluate the in vitro production of bovine embryos (Bos Taurus), by the technique of direct follicular aspiration. Hence washing was performed and Annex tissue was removed, and then proceeded to aspiration, to study two hundred and twenty ovaries from centers of slaughter, which were placed in a flask with an appropriate means of transport to the laboratory were collected washing and classification of oocytes. The in vitro production of bovine embryos was performed in three main steps, which, regardless of the protocol used, in chronological order are: Oocyte maturation, fertilization of mature oocytes and embryos crops. These three steps comprise a complex series of physiological processes, many of which are still unknown, conditioning each as the success or failure of the next....
