Streszczenie:The health emergency because of COVID-19 forced the administrative staff of all the country's universities to accomplish their non-attendance activities through teleworking, and since it was an unexpected circumstance, most workers have not been previously trained to organize and carry out their work activities and, in turn, do not have the necessary knowledge to prevent physical and/or mental health conditions of the worker. For this reason, the current research project has been developed with the purpose of elaborating a prevention guide against labor stress, caused by the teleworking modality, starting from the psychophysical affections that can be generated in the labor environment of the administrative staff of the Technical University of Cotopaxi central headquarters. The type of research used was descriptive by means of the method of analysis and synthesis, at the same time the survey applied to the staff was used as an instrument, which will be the starting point for the collection of information based on a primary source, and techniques of bibliographic collection and scientific verification of applicability, which will serve as support for the development of this research project. Consequently, the results were the development of the guide that is made up of the areas that have the greatest impact on the worker's work environment, and consequently, it was classified according to the type of condition, either physical and/or mental. In turn, within each area were assigned various scientifically proven techniques that help to prevent occupational stress, treating psychophysical conditions. The research project culminates with a matrix of weekly activities extracted from the techniques and methodologies of each area covered in the guide, which will allow the orderly and systematized implementation of the proposed actions. Concluding that, the worker will have a scientific source for the prevention of stress and preservation of physical and psychological health in relation to the working environment of teleworking.
