Tag hinzufügen | Zusammenfassung: | This research was established in order to evaluate the efficiency of three organic products based on beneficial microorganisms for seed fly (Delia platura Meigen) control from the chocho (Lupinus mutabilis Sweet). We implemented a factorial arrangement of 12 treatments with 6 repetitions with a total of 72 experimental units in an area of 979.20 m2, in a completely random block design (DBCA), using the organic products Solu biomix (Beauveria bassiana, lecanicillium lecanii and Metarhizium anisopliae), Bio bass (Beauveria bassiana), Bio metarhizium (Metarhizium anisopliae), Control, application was made in submerged solution 24, 12 hours and before sowing, about obtained results that statistical significance the Tukey test was carried out at 5%, in the variable emergency percentage the best treatment was 12 (control, with 24 hours of soaking in water) at 16 days with 76.67%. In incidence of Delia platura at days 8, 40, 48, 56, 64 the best treatment was the one Solu biomix (Beauveria bassiana, lecanicillium lecanii and Metarhizium anisopliae) at 24 hours of soaking, in the last data taken was 21.67%. In population density of Delia platura was performed on the same days as incidence, the best treatment is still T1 (Solu biomix, 24 hours) with 2 flies. The organic product based on beneficial microorganisms Solu biomix (Beauveria bassiana, lecanicillium lecanii and Metarhizium anisopliae) for seed fly (Delia platura Meigen) control from chocho (Lupinus mutabilis Sweet) in Panguigua Juan Montalvo parish, was the product that had the best efficiency in most variables in terms of incidence and population density. |
