Summary:The present investigation entitled Human Talent Management of the Company Sanbel Flowers Cía. Ltda. of the city of Latacunga aims to diagnose the processes of Human Talent in the Floriculture, to contribute to its development and sustainability. In the methodological field, the mixed qualitative-quantitative research was chosen, within which the technique of interviewing the five directors of the company and the survey addressed to the staff made up of 90 people was used, no calculation was considered to determine the sample because 100% of the population was taken. When obtaining the results of the interviews and surveys, it was determined that there are isolated processes related to this management in the company, which reduces the possibility of improving the motivation and training of employees, their productivity and work performance. Finally, the proposal that defines the guidelines for the creation of the Headquarters was proposed, which includes the integration processes (recruitment, selection, hiring and induction), monitoring, training and development, retention, in this way it is better managed. way to the staff, the Human Talent processes will be streamlined, the performance of the staff will improve, taking advantage of their knowledge, skills and the company will benefit economically
