With the purpose of reducing the distance and the total time traveled daily, it is sought to minimize the operational costs of fuel during the collection from its departure and return to the base. The simulation for the optimization of the transport routes of the information source is based on the analysis of the activities that contribute to the improvement and redistribution of the routes through the analysis of the transport method based on linear road networks that are located in the Software (ARCGIS 10.5). Through its extensions like ArcMap; ArcCatalog; Network analyst, new vehicles routing problem that allow the modeling of transport networks, simulating a road system in a given area with their respective traffic restrictions. Where each one of the time’s data and distances that the garbage collection vehicle is made, it can be interpreted in a matrix to find the result that a series of alternatives and new routes oriented towards the solution and the improvement of the collection of garbage through simulation in Eastern and Western routes. Finally, a procedure is carried out for the collection routes according to the parameters of the speed of the collection vehicle, the type of roads, the length of the roads, the time of data collection, also demonstrating the application of this software for the redesign It has a great advantage, to perform simulations according to different parameters. |

Con la finalidad de reducir la distancia y el tiempo total recorrido diariamente, se busca minimizar los costos operacionales de combustible durante la recolección desde su salida y retorno a la base. La Simulación para la optimización de rutas de transporte de recolección tiene como propósito realizar un estudio detallado de las actividades que contribuyan al mejoramiento y redistribución de las rutas mediante un análisis del método de transporte basado en redes lineales de caminos mínimos que se encuentran en el Software (ARCGIS 10.5). A través de sus extensiones como ArcMap; ArcCatalog; Network Analyst, New Vehicule Routing Problem que permiten modelar las redes de transporte, simulando un sistema vial de una área determinada con sus respectivas restricciones de circulación. Donde cada uno de los datos de tiempos y distancias que realiza el vehículo recolector de basura se puedan interpretar en un matriz encontrando un resultado óptimo que mostrará una serie de alternativas y nuevas rutas enfocadas hacia la solución y mejoramiento de recolección de basura mediante la simulación en las rutas Oriental y Occidental.
