| Samenvatting: | A Good internal communication within the organizational culture is essential for the proper functioning of companies, Therefore, the research had as objetive to analyze the incidence of internal communication on the organizational culture of the "My Chimborazo" Credit Union central office Riobamba. The research was quantitative, descriptive, non-experimental and cross-sectional. In addition, the survey was used as a technique and two questionnaires were used to measure the variables with a Likert scale and 30 items, which were validated by two experts, and a structured interview was applied. The beneficiary population consisted of 20 collaborators from the different institutional levels, both executive and operational, so as a small intervention group it was not necessary to calculate a sample. In this way, the findings showed that 56% of collaborators sometimes maintain effective communication with the executive staff, and consider that it is necessary to improve communication strategies to efficiently achieve the proposed goals. In addition, it was evident that 50% of the time the bosses do not plan alternatives to solve conflicts and that 66% of the collaborators are not taken into account to address suggestions for productive improvement. Consequently, the solution alternatives were aimed at creating strategies to improve internal communication within the functioning of the organizational culture. |
