| Резюме: | In the company PROELEVACIÓN S.A. it was identified that there is loss of time in the process of mobilization of objects, delaying their daily activities and requiring more human resources, in this project a crane arm with a capacity of one ton was designed and implemented, the design was performed in the software SolidWorks Trial Version, using techniques of selection of mechanical and electrical components, based on the manufacturer's catalogs, structural analysis and calculations for the sizing of components of the crane arm. The different alternatives were compared with the following criteria: functional analysis, structural analysis, where the maximum allowable stress of the selected beam is presented; obtaining stresses according to the vonmises scale of 2,025e+02 N/mm2 (MPa), displacements where the maximum is 1,790e+00mm, unit deformation its maximum is 6,605e-04 and the structural safety factor is 1.2 in the area with the highest fatigue. The components of the crane arm such as Trolley, Tecle, Hook, Chain were selected from the MEET manufacturer's catalog with a capacity of one ton. The alternative of the electrical system was made by means of the UNE 20460-5-523 standard to select the cable of the motor-reducer, Trolley, keypad and for the wireless control circuit taking into account the American NEMA nomenclature of manufacture, for its service factor by the disposition of the motor connection box the caliber was selected by means of the VIAKON Ampacity table. Once the crane arm was implemented, different tests were carried out where an average time of 17 minutes was obtained in the process of lifting and transporting an object of approximately 500 kg, while with an motorized system a time of 0.18 minutes was obtained, a value that represents 99% of time optimization. |
