Ajouter un tag | Résumé: | This research aims to strengthen the flow of knowledge among the potters that make up the Association of Artisans of La Victoria through a proposal of strategies as a necessary condition for network associativity. A descriptive and explanatory methodology was used, through the collection of information through a survey that allowed to know the level of the flow of knowledge and the associativity of those involved, complemented with an analysis of the environment that allowed diagnosing the potential of artisans. Based on these results, an action plan was prepared describing the proposed strategies that contribute to the economic development of the Association, considering activities that must be carried out based on the value chain of the operation: producing and transmitting knowledge among the partners on production methods, advertising strategies and sales; create joint sales strategies and transmit to all its members. |
