First of all, planning is not done in a technical way, it is planned according to day to day. Secondly, business organizations do not have defined function manuals and they are also empirical. Thirdly, the management does not have adequate policies to execute good governance. Finally, the control that should be carried out is not done due to the lack of indicators to measure or evaluate. LATInstruments Cía. Ltda., being a new company, presents these shortcomings, therefore in this work, the general objective has been set to strengthen the administrative processes in the aforementioned company, for which bibliographic information was collected regarding the management models applicable in small companies, then the company LATInstruments Cía was diagnosed. Ltd.; through a SWOT matrix and a PESTEL analysis to carry out strategic planning and propose a management model that includes the company's administrative processes. The model was based on the construction of strategic planning, then the process manual and the policy manual were designed that will allow the company to execute its operations efficiently and effectively; Finally, indicators were built that are linked to the process manual; Without a doubt, the contribution of the project was the design of instruments that strengthen administrative management based on the proposed model. The benefits of executing the model for the company will be the optimization of financial resources and the implementation of the processes described in the manual. ; in such a way that the efforts made by the company are reflected in greater profitability and continuous improvement in customer service, which will allow it to achieve competitive advantage, create value in the service, increase the image, credibility, and trust of customers. towards the company. |
